PROJECT BIO
The rebranding of Ally’s Jacksonville Consumer Care Center strives to represent their evolving culture, reactivate the existing space, and celebrate the local atmosphere. Given the unique nature of a call center, the design embraces both an energetic vibe and space for retreat. Each of the five floors is designed as a unique aspect of life along the water—from the peaceful, grassy wetland to the lively, urban riverfront. Subtle variation in finishes, furniture, lighting, and branding complement the existing material palette and are strategically introduced in communal zones. The collaboration areas take ques from the character of each aquatic setting to create a sense of discovery and excitement between floors. Similarly themed, the east and west pantries are designated as areas of retreat and enable staff to enjoy a moment of solace. Branding along the main circulation path connects these character-concentrated spaces to the open office environment and promotes a sense of community throughout.
